It’s easy. You fill out the form, located at our office, securely pay the application fee, and submit the following supplemental materials:
- Employment and income verification
- Copies of valid Identification and Social Security Card/Green Card

We check out keys from our Dilworth office, located (here). We require a photo ID and $20 cash deposit per property. We do require that you inspect and accept a property’s condition before your application will be processed. This is just to make sure that all of our expectations are in the same place, and that we can move forward together in helping you secure your home.
We charge $200 as a binder deposit to hold your application position. Our security deposits vary from property to property, depending on credit worthiness and the marketing of the property at the time.
Our rents are due on the first day of the month. Late fees are assessed at 5pm on the fifth day of the month.
We highly recommend it. Most renter’s belongings are not covered by any other type of policy in the case of accidental damage or theft. Please be safe and secure your valuable items!
